ok i dont wear underwear and am wondering if im one of few that do this or are there a lot of people that do this too
My running shorts are like boxer briefs and there is no need to wear anything else. At our outdoor track, many other men and women are more concerned with keeping cool in our fierce summer heat. We wear as little clothing as possible. Off the track, where I am more inclined to wear loose shorts, as long as the fabric is soft, I don't bother with underpants either. In the cooler months, I wear either boxers or briefs to protect my skin from rough trouser fabric and zippers. I don't judge anyone who does without year-round. Just a matter of what you are most comfortable with.
Your body is smarter than you realize. Might take a few minutes for your body to adjust, but men have walked and run naked or commando for thousands of years. The cord draws the balls closer and soon you'll be fine. The penis bounces and sways with its new freedom and there's no denying that it is a temporary distraction. But as you stay on the track day after day, you will regain your focus on the running, but with greater comfort.
do your balls hang low? do they swing to and fro? can you tie em a knot? Can you tie em a bow? When your balls hang right down do they drag along the ground? can you do the double shuffle when your balls hang low?
I thought this thread was about the movie Commando.. I really never wear traditional underwear... I'm wearing leggings now, why would I have underwear on?
The problem with going commando is the risk of getting addicted to it. It's easy to reach the point where you're so used to the comfort that you just can't stand to wear underwear. And then there will be times of explaining why you're not "following the rules". After a while it's no longer a problem to justify but it can be for a while.
Showing camel toe should never be an issue, not in the gym or out and about. Church or court might be places where you might consider a longer hanging top to cover it.
Sometimes do sometimes don't. When I do it's very light fabric boxers, which have a similar feel as no underwear. I hate any type underwear that keeps it bound snug.

Other people can't make it your issue. If they choose to make it an issue, it's their issue. No need to be concerned about their issues with people's choices unless they have control or influence over you. I wouldn't worry about whether you can help it or not, just do what you feel best suits you.
I like to go commando apart from at the gym or when Iam running as don't like it when my parts are rubbing when Iam running
It's great to go commando and can feel real sexy, especially in shorts. But one consideration for us guys with cut cocks...rough fabrics can rub on the head of the penis and make it less sensitive than one protected by a foreskin. Of course for some that may be a plus in they find they can fuck longer before orgasming. Simon
