Comedies You Need To See, But Probably Haven't Heard Of

This is for any obscure comedies you really like and think others should be watching.

I'll start with my all time favourite, Party Down. There are only two seasons of it, since it never got a big enough following, but it is amazing!

I will also mention The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret, which stars David Cross (Tobias from Arrested Development). Another show that only has 2 seasons. I guess a lot of the ones I love were pretty short-lived....

What other less well known comedies are out there?

Delocated. It has 3 seasons. I have yet to catch up on season 3.

There was a cartoon on MTV for a season called Clone High. Basically, some scientists use the genetic material of historical figures and make clones of them and have them go to high school. The main characters are Abe Lincoln, Gandhi (who has ADD), Cleopatra (a slutty whore), JFK (a jock that might be a little fruity), and Jean d’arc (a psycho goth that has a crush on Abe).

 

I'm always surprised by how many people haven't seen Wet Hot American Summer...the movie or the Netflix show. Both are hilarious.
