Not only are we kicking ass, but we're going all the way. thats enough on that. It is absolutely the best time of year for a nice hike in the mountains. A light snowing this weekend, and plenty of beautiful trees still turning colors. Soon enough i'll connect, with the right people, and then of course all of the Purple mountains majesty, hah. i can't wait.
Telluride Has a bluegrass festival in the summer every year. I haven't heard of anything in denver though
Ever been to Dulcinea's 100th Monkey on Colfax in Denver? It's at the other end of the block from Sancho's, which is right by the Fillmore. I went there about a year or two ago after some blugrass festival and the stage was just crowded with like 13 different musicians from 13 different bands. This was when you could smoke in bars and and the place smelled pretty nice that night.
