What do you consider to be the normal size for a cock? Mine is six and a half, hard, but I have seen some as short as three inches, hard, and as long as twelve inches plus! I'm not sure what's normal or average. Mine is about 8 inches hard, mine does not reduce massively in size when flaccid, some guys I know have cocks that are a good size hard and pretty small when soft. I assume mine is a little over average my assumption was that 6 inches was around most guy's cocks. All I can say is they seem to be in all shapes and sizes a bit like the guys who have them. Normal and average are not the same thing. According to studies that do not use volunteers, nor self-measuring, the average penis is 5.1-5.5". Those might all have been American studies though. It has been a long time since I looked that up. You can look it up too. There might even be links in some of the other dozens of penis threads.

There's so much crap talked about cock size. For a start - where do you measure your size from? I'm 7" - that's measured along the top when I'm stiff, from where the shaft touches the body to the exact tip of the head - and no pushing the measure into the body, which will make you longer! My other measurements (for your interest) are - circumference, taken round the central part of my shaft - 6", and the circumference taken at the base, behind the balls - 10" (all measurements erect). I can say (believe it or not, guys!) that I have a big cock, measured against my body. An 8" cock would be HUGE, and anything over that - apart from extremely unusual exceptions - don't believe it! I would have thought 6" as stated by the first guy is fairly average.
