If you want to get pierced THRU the head, be ready to be out of service for about 6 months. You can get a 14, that is about as small as you should go, without risking slicing your dick in half. If you want something to aid sexually, or just for asthetics, you should get a Prince Albert, heals good in about 2 weeks, enough to have sex with a condom after 1 week. Nope i was underexaturating. 6 months minimum, one of my best brothers has one, he said it still hurt him after 6, but he had sex anyway. That is the reason I didnt get the full through piercing. If you get it that far down the head, then it shouldnt affect urinating, or cumming, since there is still urethra left, pissing with a Prince ALbert becomes an art, because you pee over it. I don't know about placement as I'm not a piercer, but any reputable piercer will be able to give you an honest opinion. 6 months seems a little excessive as most genitals heal quickly, but, again, ask a piercer.
