I work at a nursing home. There is another nurse's aide about 23 yrs old, that is often late, lazy, moody, and acts weird. One nurse asked me a month ago if that aide was on drugs and I told her that I had no idea but doubted it. Well last night someone caught her drinking corona in the parking lot and she asked 2 co-worker's if they wanted some cocaine. She came back inside and later while doing her nightly paperwork she cracked up laughing over nothing and couldn't stop. When her patients put the call-light on, she refused to go see what they wanted.
1 aide wrote a note (without signing it) and slipped it under the DON's (director of nurses) door last night. Will have to wait till I get to work later to find out what happened.
