I was running news search on CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News on Google News. While I doing my search, I found this link on the health effects of using weed on a daily basis and I think it would be useful to this community. The question is that I want to ask is that do you ever factor in the long-term effects of weed (i) into the frequency of you using weed and (ii) the amount and strength of weed used in a single sitting. I do not smoke weed because my job requires a security clearance and I am pre-disposed to addictive behavior so I choose to abstain from all use of alcohol and drugs. For the record, I am a supporter of legalization of weed.
... you can find all of that in any highschool health textbook. the only "use" this has on the community is it gives more reason to keep weed illegal. nat g00d.
He wasn't referring to the community as in society, he was referring to this community as in the hipforums marijuana section. What a shock, reading comprehension'd. So no it does not give this community a reason to keep it illegal. but i will agree that this isn't new news on the long term health effects and thus article doesn't serve great use to THIS community but his heart is aimed in the right direction, but its something kids should keep in mind.
That woman is a disgrace to the all science and medicine. High school health text books are not appropriate reading material for medical doctors. Stupid bitch.
This is one of the worst marijuana related articles I have ever read. But it's not like CNN is known for quality.
and that was the biggest study of it's kind when it was done...still might be, to this day. I believe it was a UCLA study...Federally funded also. in fact, I've read things to the contrary of that claim...I've heard that Marijuana kills old cells (which can develop to have cancerous potential) in the lungs...or something like that. maybe somebody here can elaborate on that.
