i hate to complain but they annoy the shit out of me, especially the one in the dining/computer room. the second hand is way too loud, who needs a second hand anyway?!
None of my clocks make noise. I can't stand noisy things or bright lights. Certain sounds are okay though, like windchimes for example.
its certain noisy things that get me like say... a fire alarm at school. but an air conditioner is fine by me.
Yeah, I don't mind the sound of an air-conditioner either. Any ambient noise like that's okay, even relaxes me sometimes.
yeah it relaxes me too. i sleep with my ac on, even through the winter. a shovel like that drives me crazy too.. and vaccum cleaners! my mom is usually considerate enough to wait until im not eround to use them though.
oh so agree with you! I'm a nurse and I often have to observe people for a minuet, things like counting the pulse for 15 seconds! I NEED A SECOND HAND!!!! why don't you get a new clock if this one is too noisy for you? S
the clock i have is strange. it has a little stick coming out the top that moves back and forth so fast, when the lights on the top of the stick light up.. it shows the time. or a message. or a holiday greeting.
