Not to get gross. But where else are you going to get this information?

I have Cerebral Palsy. I can feel fairly well down there. Clean and not clean. But my sensation isn't perfect down there. So I have system. (Stop reading now if you don't want to learn [in the least graphic way I can tell you] the best way to clean a dirty butt.)

    • First I remove the last solid material. I think that's call the gross material.

    • Then I start wiping twice with the same wad. This makes a big difference for some reason. More than just twice with separate wads. I don't know why.

    • Then I clean up with some gentle wipe. Like a baby wipe or something meant for that job (baby wipes are cheaper though). Also, if you're in a public rest room a simple splash of water on a toilet paper wad might be enough to do this. If you're in a single occupancy stall. (Don't walk out of the public stall naked LOL.)

And, I wear day disposable underwear. Because I have never been able to clean fully for some reason. In fact I have been wearing day disposable underwear for at least 20 years now.

Anyone have any ideas for this? (In the least graphic way possible, because some people are having dinner now.)

Also, I was going to add. Sometimes I really don't know if the last piece fell in the toilet. So I wait a minute. A doctor I think recently recommended this too. Me, I literally wait exactly a minute. I check my watch. And so far it has always worked. In a minute, the last bit always falls into the toilet. Or, to time it you could sing the chorus to a song. Like Jingle Bells. One verse and the chorus of one Christmas or other folk song is usually a minute. You can sing mentally to yourself. Or I guess you could sing out loud if you want.

I find with everything I do, I find what works. And then I just keep doing that from then on.
