Circumcision

Hey!
I havent really seen this conversation on this forum but as i need some answers to some questions, maybe you people can help me out.
Im going to be circumcisied (cnt spell the word sorry) this upcoming December and i wanted to know if it hurts, what are the advantages and disadvantages of it, if girls like it and any little stuff that might help me.

I've not had myself cut but i might consider it in later life as apparently women see it as more attractive... what i want to know is: How can a cock ever be attractive?

I don't think a penis is attractive at all but they are less icky when circumcised. My mom used to work in maternity and those little baby boys SCREAM so unless you get some sort of anesthetic, brace yourself. When it is done and over with, you will feel and smell much cleaner down there and sexual experiance will feel better. So it's worth it, but try and steal some novacaine to slather on down there. Why were you not circumcised at birth and why have you decided now?

My ex had his done, and it often makes guys last longer, cleaner, better in all. I remember once in Sex and the City, the brunette made a guy have it done because she wouldn’t sleep with a guy without it done.

 

I have actually heard that guys who AREN'T cut have better orgasms, and sexual experiences in general... maybe the extra skin adds to the sensation? Not having a penis, I couldn't tell you. But I agree, I've heard it hurts like a bitch, moreso when you're an adult. What's sparked this decision?

I would think it would hurt cuz they are cutting off part of your foresin on your penis.
and well as for the girls it really doesnt matter if it is or isnt circumcised. but for you sex and blow jobs will feel better when you are circumcised. after they take off the foreskin your "head" will be a bit sensitive ( i think, not sure) so um good luck.

well first, from what ive heard it will hurt like a bitch, and itll be tingling for a few weeks probly..

the general belief is you get sensations from the foreskin, so sex might not feel as good after, (still very good of course), but also most say that it makes you last longer.. and if youre like me id rather last way longer than have a slight better feeling.. really only people who have sexual actions then get cut can tell.. i was done as a baby so i dont know.. got no PE probs tho

 

Not to be repetitive, but why would you be getting it done now? I was circ'd as a baby, had no choice, so I can't say if it's better one way or the other, but I can tell you that if I hadn't had it done to me back then, there's no way I'd get it done now, as an adult. I'm told that I screamed for the better part of a day after it was done...can't imagine going thru that now.

 

When my first son was born, he was circumcised, because that's just what you did. It was expected.

When I found out that my second child was going to be a boy, I actually looked into it. In my research I found that uncircumsiced boys are not dirty (and actually there's less risk of infection, leaving it intact); that they enjoy sex more (the foreskin is very sensitive); and that women enjoy their uncircumcised partners, more. So, my son (12 years old) is still uncircumcised.

I think it is a personal decision, like getting pierced or tattooed. It's your body. You're 18 and you can make that decision for yourself. If you are uncomfortable being intact and if it would make you feel better, then go for it.

I imagine that you will have minor surgery for this. When you are an infant, the foreskin has not yet adhered to the head of the penis. Therefore, it is a much simpler snip. As an adult, your foreskin should be adhered to the head, like your fingernail to your finger. They cannot simply snip this off, I'm sure. So, I would guess that you will indeed get some sort of local anesthesia, for this procedure. I would expect some local pain and swelling, afterward. But, you should heal up, within a couple of weeks-barring any secondary infections.

 

no my foreskin is not adhered to the head, when your younger you are suppose to stretch the foreskin so the the head is completely exposed. when erect my penis looks like any circumised one around

 

I'm sorry that you were told that... I didn't catch your age, but I'm guessing its somewhere around mine....

That is something that we were told that we had to do, if we didn't want to circumcise our babies. We were told to pull back the foreskin and wash the head and not to allow the foreskin to adhere.

This was wrong, misinformation, that we were fed by an ignorant medical community that thought that uncircumcised penises were dirty.

You are not supposed to pull it back. It is supposed to adhere, like a fingernail.

Luckily for my son, I found out, while he was still an tiny baby, that we were not supposed to do that. So, I stopped. Yes, I had believed what my pediatrician had told me and I was pulling it back to clean the area and push back any adhered areas.

Luckily, I became educated by some wonderful hippies (yes, they were hipfolk) who didn't believe in circumcision. My son is almost 13 and he has not suffered one moment. He's never had an infection, bad smell, or difficulty with erection or urination. Thankfully, he hasn't even had any problems in the locker room, this was one of two concerns of mine. The other is that he will not be accepted by women. Hopefully by then, there will be more like him in the pool and he won't feel uncomfortably different.

 

how the fuck would you know about your sons erections?
