We don't really have christmas songs here, I mean, it's not as much of a tradition to sing the christmas carols! But some of the american, english, australian, and Irish people who live there, join in someones house and we sing christmas carols! It's so funny! That or we go to the american church for the christmas mass, and sing all the carols you can imagine! It's still funny, coz the bug fat woman at the piano is so funny looking! So yea, I love 'em!
Happy Christmas (War is Over) - John Lennon They started playing Christmas songs here on the radio a week before Thanksgiving. >.< I mean, come on people. Let's noncommercially celebrate Christmas. It's Jesus' birthday & a time for giving, not an excuse for presents.
i dont really mind listing to them (as long as its christmas). some of them are really bad though, i dont like those at all.
Heh...that phrase is in a local punk bands song too...can't think of who, or what song...but it's just a cd full of local punk bands christmas songs...so those christmas songs, I like...the others...I hate
I like Carol of the Bells and Vince Guaraldi's Linus and Lucy (Peanuts Christmas song)... other than that they get old the first million times you hear them in stores each season. I do like A Christmas story ... "OOOOOHHH fudge.. except I didn't say fudge" that always cracks me up.
I love Christmas Songs, though I do get sick of them, by the time the holiday is over. The Little Drummer Boy was always my favorite.
I love them. They remind me of when I was a little girl, and how the holidays were such an awesome time in my home. Good memories. Hugs.
It used to make me cry, when I was younger. And still, it makes me well-up a bit and gives me shivers... A boy, going to meet his savior, but he has no gifts, because he is poor. So he gives him the only thing he can, he plays his drum for him. *sniff* It's so sweet...
