Christmas: If you could have Santa take away one thing this year, what would it be.

Something you did?
Something you said?
Someone you hurt?
Or maybe give you that second chance?

 

The crap he brought me last year that I didn't ask for.

 

You must have been naughty if he brought you crap?

 

I would have to ask him to not change anything. If I altered the course of something then the other things would also probably change.

Better to just make peace with what is already done and leave him his cookies and milk.

 

I'd ask Santa to take away this condition that is threatening to rob me of my eyesight.

 

Those are really nice thoughts-it would probably be better if we took away some of those things than if we got something new. It would also be nice if other people could take away some of those things they've done to us, too. It might be a lot better world if we did those things, instead of knocking each other over buying presents. I think that would be a lot closer to the real meaning of Christmas anyway

I would have Santa take away the hurt I have given to a few people in my lifetime. Things I have done and things I have said. I can appologize and say I'm sorry but sometimes that isn't enough.That would be the perfect Christmas present.

 

That's a beautiful thought. Hold on to that and you'll have the real meaning of Christmas. That's what it's really all about.
