Typically (And I have seen results of this in sex surveys in college), guys will do it less when they have a GF, BUT the surveys also showed that some girls would masturbate more when they have a BF. (I'm not saying everyone is like this, but it does give you a peek of what other people are like in this situation).

It doesn't mean that they aren't getting enough. The girls said that when they have a BF, they are thinking about him and sex more often than when they don't have someone special in their lives.

Speaking from my personal experience, a girl will never have to wonder if I am not getting enough because if that is the case, I will definitely speak up.

Yes I have broken up with a girl because I wasn't getting as much sex as I would like. Now before people start calling me an ass, I'm not talking about pressuring a teenage girl into something that she is not yet ready to do and has never done before.
We were both in our 20's, she has been having sex for over 5 years, I wasn't asking for anything but regular 'standard' sex. We would have sex, just not as often as I wanted it. In your case, it definitely sounds like a case of him getting that 'quick shot' out of the way so he can go longer with you. Some guys might be a little embarrassed that they cum so fast, so he didn't want you to know.

A suggestion that has already been mentioned that I agree with is, (if you are comfortable) carefully bring it up and offer to help him drop that fist quick load.
