How about a tablespoon of butter, a gram of buds (ground) Heat on low for 20 minutes covered. Strain ruffage, and pour the ghee into a cup with 1 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa, 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Hot water with room for milk or soy. add whip cream if desired and enjoy. Great for 1 person but enough to share with a buddy. You can throw the ruffage into a fried egg for some green eggs. Its very good for you!
