I'm a chef and part of my job is concocting allsorts of stuff. well today, i manifested what i will call chinese chilli. yumyumyum. mince meat, some fresh ginger, soya sauce, tin of beans and tin of tomatoes, pinches of mixed herbs, half a chilli, salt and pepper. thrown all in the pan and simmer until cooked, serve with whatever you like. my kids have eaten it all and said it was grand. enjoy :chef:
no coz i put loads of mixed mediterraen herbies in, it ended up quite italian at the end. i think i ought to have named it mamma mia chinese chilli. lol
