The government requires each child to be inoculated prior to attending school. Do we really know, what they are inserting into our bodies. Also, because we are forced to receive the vaccination, can we trust the government entities that are supposedly responsible for monitoring the "safety" of the substances??? Do you really think the flu shots work?? What are your thoughts on vaccinations??
I've given vaccinations to many people over the years. I see them as very helpful. I'm not going to go into detail, but if you're really curious do a google search and learn all you can about them. When the troops first started getting deployed to Iraq I had to give the smallpox vaccine. THAT was bullshit.
I think vaccinations are good. I get really sick these days, but I wasn't very sick as a kid, especially in the years when we got shots. It's good to be protected against that stuff, if possible and non-harmful. Most of those shots have been being used for years now, and are pretty damn safe.
Most people are sheep that are incapable of free thought, so it's no surprise most people get TOXIC, HARMFUL vaccinations they don't need without doing any research into it. I do not take vaccinations or useless, needless flu shots, and I advise other people not to, either. I think Misfontella said it best. Not only does the government lie, but any institution that is rooted in BIG money.
Certainly not all vaccinations are nessecary, and sometimes it can be good to let your immune system take care of it. But you'd have to be crazy to not want your kid to be vaccinated, You can say how can we really be sure these are safe, and blame the many studies as being shady, even when they're conducted by such organizations as the WHO. but that doesn't really even attempt to disprove the studies, it just dismisses them, which isn't a rational way to debate. There is evidence of dangers inherent in vaccinations, but they pale in comparison to the dangers of these diseases. Anybody who doubts vaccines are effective should help themselves to a few college biology and pharmacology classes.
Lots of children go without vaccinations at the request of the parents and they are just fine. It's been proven that the thimerosal found in vaccines (which is a derivative of mercury) can cause Autism and other problems in children. So I can see why some parents who have actually researched this topic don't want to expose their children to them. Vaccines are overhyped, which is likely because of all the money the pharmaceutical companies make from them.
It is a BIG money business. A few years ago they made a big deal about shortages of flu vaccine sending people into a panic. whatever.
Thats not really an argument aginst vaccinations though, thats more like playing the odds. That still very much in debate, but since its possible, I think thimerosal free injections for children are a good idea. Preservatives are nessecary though. And the case of autism caused by thimerosal has been less then stelllar. http://www.cdc.gov/nip/vacsafe/concerns/thimerosal/faqs-thimerosal.htm#12 http://www.fda.gov/cber/vaccine/thimerosal.htm I do agree with overhyped, I'm in good health, and I don't need to shoot myself up with flu every year so I don't get a worse case of flu.
Exactly. That was last fall, actually. The flu shot shortage was nothing more than hype. It then turned out months later that there was actually a surplus of vaccines because they were initially being rationed by the pharmaceutical companies. Couple that with the fact that this was one of the most mild flu seasons in recent years. I think a lot of people are actually starting to wake up because of this. Most people don't know that taking 500-1000 mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) daily during the flu season works ten times better in preventing the flu than the vaccines do. Of course people are not being told this because the money doesn't lie in vitamins, it lies in the vaccines.
oh PLEASE. yes we know what's in vaccines. they are either a weak, atenuated version of the pathogen or a dead one. there is nothing toxic in them at all. usually its just the strain, maybe some egg protein, saline or water. it is VERY RARE for a person to have an adverse reaction to a vaccine and if they do this is usually due to allergies they have to it not that it's toxic or whatever bullshit was claimed in the above threads. these reactions are hardly even that bad and would just induce some swelling and soreness. the only hype here is the hippies going around ignorantly claiming that vaccines are bad and harmful. it's thanks to vaccination that we have almost wiped out diseases like diptheria in some countries. if you have the choice to have a vaccination against a disease then only a FOOL would not have it. we are lucky to have this technology, people in 3rd world countries are still dying of things we can cure and vaccinate against easily. it isnt magic. it isnt, will it work or wont it work? all a vaccine does is mimic the response our body has to a disease so that we can create memory cells with the information on how combat a disease without us actually having (experiencing the symptoms) of this disease. there is nothing mystical about this.
But these are all government websites. I really don't trust a whole lot of what I hear coming from the FDA, because they all make money off of promoting this stuff. Again, it's all about money. These big corporations and government institutions are all linked together by BIG money. How about providing some independent studies? Not every doctor believes vaccinations are necessary. As a matter of fact, more and more doctors are advising AGAINST immunizations. That is those who haven't been completely brainwashed by the medical establishment, as many doctors have.
Sorry, but you are wrong. Everyone knows vitamins help strengthen the immune system -- especially vitamin C.
sorry but no. they dont. vitamins do nothing unless you are defficient in them. but please, go on with your ignorance. and id say the fact that "everyone knows" is really a poor standing point seeings as how mis-informed and ignorant the general population is. it's an urban myth nothing more.
i have done research on what is in a vaccine. i doubt that the correlation between having a vaccine and getting Autism could be strongly prooven. there is little evidence.
Would you believe independant studies if they contradicted your viewpoint? I Promise I can find them... Reference me some legit doctors who are completly aginst any form of immunization then. Always trust the layman eh? The medical establishment might be beaurocratic, but its also saved hundreds of millions of lives. Of course doctors are persuaded by the views of the medical establishment which is hundreds of years of aquired medical research, biology, chemistry, and biochemistry. Theres nothing wrong with glancing an eye askew at the medical establishment, but to dismiss it entirely is ludicrous.
