So you know how they are called the Grateful Dead and everything.... and I guess it's because if you do enough acid you feel like you are dying or half-dead or something...

Well I was in a car accident 4.5 years ago... where I DID almost die... and it completely fucked me up..... this is what happened... here's the timeline of my life....

    | - - -- --x------| that x is the car accident and it blocked memories from before it happened because the thing is... YOU CAN'T REMEMBER IT.... I hit my spinal cord and it's just like your brain explodes with that much pain going into it.

Well after I did enough acid... I felt like I really had to reproduce... and I felt a huge link between feeling like I have to reproduce and my death... like... if I didn't reproduce right now, I will die... and one day I was sitting thinking that.... and I remembered my accident more clear than I ever had..... and that "x" came loose.... now it's like...

    |----------------| and I started remembering friends from 7th grade and shit that I hadn't thought of in years.

    Cool, huh!

no need for name calling man. I never said I was in a bad car accident did I and from what you wrote there is no way you have done it 500+ times.

actually your very right and half wrong...
Grateful Dead is what the electrical informed called a certain chemical. And it was not lsd..
gezee this is going to take me a while.. oh wait this is easier, Do your own homeworks. [IMG]

Sitting in Mangrove Valley chasing lightbeams
Everything wanders from baby to Z
Baby, baby, pretty, young on Tuesday
Old like a rum drinking demon at tea
Baby, baby, tell me what's the matter
Why, why tell me, what's your why now?
Tell me why will you never come home?
Tell me what's your reason if you got a good one
    Everywhere I go
    The people all know
    Everyone's doin' that rag
Take my line go fishing for a Tuesday
Maybe take my supper, eat it down by the sea
Gave my baby twenty, forty good reasons
Couldn't find any better ones in the morning at three
"Rain gonna come but the rain gonna go, you know
Stepping off sharply from the rank and file
Awful cold and dark like a dungeon
Maybe get a little bit darker 'fore the day"
    Hipsters, tripsters,
    real cool chicks, sir,
    everyone's doin' that rag
You needn't gild the lily, offer jewels to the sunset
No one is watching or standing in your shoes
Wash your lonely feet in the river in the morning
Everything promised is delivered to you
Don't neglect to pick up what your share is
All the winter birds are winging home now
Hey Love, go and look around you
Nothing out there you haven't seen before now
But you can wade in the water
    and never get wet
if you keep on doin' that rag
One eyed jacks and the deuces are wild
The aces are crawling up and down your sleeve
    Come back here, Baby Louise,
    and tell me the name
of the game that you play
    Is it all fall down?
    Is it all go under?
Is it all fall down, down, down
    Is it all go under?
    Everywhere I go
    the people all know
    everybody's doin' that rag..

Michael Faraday, FRS (22 September 1791 – 25 August 1867) was an English chemist and physicist (or natural philosopher, in the terminology of the time) who contributed to the fields of electromagnetism and electrochemistry...

Michael Faraday first synthesized tetrachloroethene in 1821 by thermal decomposition of hexachloroethane into tetrachloroethene and chlorine.
    C2Cl6 → C2Cl4 + Cl2..
Dont discuss what you dont know..
tetrachloroethene will not kill you, It might make you grateful your not dead. .. ?but more likely put you into a tripping state of sleep./\.. when you wake up, you'll be grateful dead.

LSD was created for the safety of the KIDDIES..
It was long figured out the potential dangers of this inhalent.. But it wasnt uncommon to treat the mentally ill with Chloroform..
It simutate DMT trips and its probable 20xs more rememberable..
But once again the dangers attatched to it..

Nothing out there you haven't seen before now
But you can wade in the water
    and never get wet
if you keep on doin' that rag..

The Grandfather of energy says "beware"..

    Is it all fall down?
    Is it all go under?
Is it all fall down, down, down
    Is it all go under?
    Everywhere I go
    the people all know
    everybody's doin' that rag..[IMG]

    whacked eh' ?

Holy Water also is derived from the word Halo Water.. In which the creator Faraday insisted it be called.. The church condemned him. And Edison called him a madman..
Halogens make up the chemical.. hence the word Halo Water.. It was also called Halo Spirits..
In the Garcia biography, Captain Trips, author Sandy Troy states that the band was smoking the psychedelic DMT at the time. The term "Grateful Dead" appears in folktales of a variety of cultures..

"Grateful Dead" appears in folktales of a variety of cultures.. and so it does. There is also a million meanings to the reason why Dorthy passed out and wound up in OZ..

She was spinning in a funnel cloud..
Dont think Ill go into details of the characters in OZ.. The Tin man needed oils, Chloroform is a fine metal cleaner.
    Electric was the Great OZ..
The Flowers put them to sleep.. Chloroform smells like flowers..

Grateful Dead song: "Must have been the Roses".. smells like flowers..
song : Mountains of the Moon..

Mountains of the moon, Electra, mountains of the moon,
All along the, all along the mountains of the moon..

Electra. what is the common name of the cleaner thats still used today.,...
Just so you can get your facts straight..

Theres a big fucking lightning bolt right here...

...WHAT??? First off, theres no official origin of the bands name, but generally its believed they were tripping and looked it up in a dictionary. And I've never heard of people feeling like their dieing after taking "enough" acid. Do you mean people having a bad trip and thinking their dieing? Generally when I take allot of acid, I'll feel like like being reborn, not dieing.

    you've been baptized..

Jan Baptist van Helmont (January 12, 1580 – December 30, 1644) was an early modern period Flemish chemist, physiologist, and physician. He worked during the years just after Paracelsus and iatrochemistry, and is sometimes considered to be "the founder of pneumatic chemistry". Van Helmont is remembered today largely for his ideas on spontaneous generation, his 5-year tree experiment, and his introduction of the word "gas" into the vocabulary of scientists. pneumatic chemistry"...

Before Albert Hoffman.. there were Engineers of the Tree of Life...

Once in the while you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right..

Ever wonder why there is no truth on the internets? Its a conspiracy to keep it Hidden..

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phlogiston .. In 1667, Johann Joachim Becher published his Physical Education, which was the first mention of what would become the phlogiston theory. Traditionally, alchemists considered that there were four classical elements: fire, water, air, and earth. In his book, Becher eliminated fire and air from the classical element model and replaced them with three forms of earth: terra lapidea, terra fluida, and terra pinguis..

Joseph Black (16 April 1728 – 6 December 1799) was a Scottish physician, physicist, and chemist. He was a founder of thermochemistry who developed many pre-thermodynamics concepts, and was the mentor for James Watt.

Of Watt, the English Novelist Aldous Huxley (1894-1963) wrote; "To us, the moment 8:17 A.M. means something - something very important, if it happens to be the starting time of our daily train. To our ancestors, such an odd eccentric instant was without significance - did not even exist. In inventing the locomotive, Watt and Stephenson were part inventors of time."
