ebay... no joke. i buy super cheap salvia off ebay and i use paypal every time. expect to pay like $10 for on oz of plain leaf. i can usually find grams of 10x for 6 bucks or so. great deals.

 

Ya at that price fuck buying extracts, just buy tons of leaf and make your own.

Those are quite amazing prices. I've checked multiple sources, and the cheapest I've been able to find is about [size=-1]€30[/size] (incl. shipping). Do you know of any sites like the OutwardJourney.net that offer such great pricing, accept PayPal & also ship internationally ?
