Cheap, easy and healthy veg recipes?

I will hopefully be moving into my own apartment in Boston with a good friend and my boyfriend in the next few months.
While I'll most likely have a job as a dog groomer, which makes a decent amount of money, Boston rent is costly (not to mention heating and the like) so I'll want to save where I can.
Anyone have links to cheap, easy to prepare vegetarian recipes? Not big on spicy foods, and try to avoid having a lot of dairy in my meals because I'm lactose intolerant, but I'm not picky other than that.
