New chat thread. Hope you guys like the name? So its thursday, one mroe day left of the regular people work week, i start work for the week Friday though, so a little backward. Anyone got anything fun planned for the weekend?

I have class in morning, then hopefully chilling out for the rest of the day, maybe a little homework, then i work 2 til close friday, 11 to close saturday, and 11-5 sunday. at least sunday the shift is with one of my best friends all day. nice working together and scheming while getting paid to do so with a close friend.

 

I have a can of Yankee Genuine Root Beer.
AWH or A&H is better IMO.

 

ugh root beer AND ginger beer are both disgusting i must say.

 

It took me a while to like ginger beer and there was a brand in Australia, Bundaberg, same as my fav rum brand that made a really nice ginger beer that I can't find in this country.
I might have to bring some back in the new year.

Im thinking with the high price of heat this winter i should just invest in a wet suit and spend all my time in the hot tub.

I got plans to do stuff tomorrow...I'll have to get up about the same time I'm used to getting into seriously sound sleep. lol I'll live.


I'm soooo glad The Mother isn't like most old people, wanting the heat turned up to 80 degrees or some such. It sort of borders on cold here in the winter. I LOVE it. I always layer in the winter. There is a thread talking about someone in the gov't in England (I think) telling the people to wrap up (I read that as layer up) if they got cold so as to avoid extremely high heating costs. I LOLed...we are way ahead of getting those inane instructions in this house.

The heat is set at 69 degrees, and that is where it stays.

 

My house too, Lynn. I can tell if it gets to 70 degrees because I get a headache from it.
