That's very true. I've already noticed it's become easier to sleep and eat without it these past few days, and as the days go on there's less of an urge to do it... Except being on these forums all day doesn't help... lol

it never gets extremely hot here or extremely cold... it pretty much just rains. It never gets hotter than 31-32 and it's very rare for it to get in the 30's or even high 20's here... it's only happened a few times this year... Right now it's 20 out and that's the usual tempature.

And during the winter it mightt snow once or twice, if we're lucky. Last winter it snowed twice i believe, and the winter before that it didn't snow at all i think... It sucks because i like snow. And by snow, i mean stuff that doesnt even stick, and when it does stick it's usually only an inch or two

 

Life is going to get crazy soon,

Hubby quitting work on Monday, don't ask but it's just better this way. So while he's looking and stuff I'll be stepping up and working heaps.

Kinda working out tho as where I'm at one of the guys just got a job with in Head office and there are tons of hours opening up, plus they've started teaching me how to close up already.

Interesting times ahead.

this happened in June... driver was drunk, left the scene without stopping... showed up at police station almost 4 hours later, still blew just a hair under .08 (over 4 hours after the accident) and she is only being charged DWAI... not even leaving scene of crime or anything... pretty ridiculous.


and yeah i could do that... i'm south of Buffalo by about 50 miles... closest place would probably be the Falls i would suppose..

Today I was chilling with a couple of friends in this park and had finished smoking a joint maybe 20 minutes ago. This public security guard comes up to us and says (in his own words) that "someone was smoking something which may or may not have been tobacco in the park". Then he wondered if we had seen or smelled anything... nope..

Who the fuck wastes the time to call public security over three stoners smoking a joint? And then he can't even be straight about it..

 

Other than rent, gas, and food, every penny im making this month is going into ammo and my new AR. August is gun month for me...every year i get a bunch of goodies during this month.

Got 1000 rounds on the way for my 9mm.

i was thinking the same thing what's the purpose of having all these guns and ammo? what are you going to do with it? If it's just for looks isn't that kind of a waste of money? lol

i only have 5 guns (im including the one that is on the way), but each has power in areas the other does not. i got a small .22 rifle for $120 and its great for people who have never fired. After that its all ammo. Which is also becoming much harder to get. Like any hobby, you are always lookin for stuff to buy and sell....but 4 of my guns i will never sell.

Wait, so, you can just go online and order guns and ammo? Do you need a licences first? I've heard of this 'rights to bare arms' or whatever its called, thing in the states... and i kind of think it's retarded, from what i hear about it anyways... can anyone just walk into a store or go online and buy a gun?

Now if you have to be a certain age, like 21, and then take a few weeks long course to get your licences, then yes it doesn't sound all that bad.. but if not, then oh god i'm glad i don't live there lol

Oh yea, i shoot at least once every two weeks. Can be up their 20 minutes with the 12guage, or two hours trying to hit 400yard targets with a rifle.

First, you can't have a criminal record of any kind, to buy anything.
States differ on many rules. California for example, while they allow some guns, they don't allow much compared to other states. Ive heard lots of people call cali the communist state because of lots of bs rules, which i agree with (regarding firearms). States like illinois, new jersey, gun owners would never move their because of those laws. Alaska has the best gun laws out of all 50 states.

Yes you can buy ammo online. Paying for shipping can suck because lead is fucking heavy lol.

Its the only way i can buy bulk though. You can spend $1,000 on AR ammo and get 4000 rounds, shipping can be as much as 200. So you have to always been looking at sites..kinda like ebay.

Prices do change, but after awhile you know what you gotta pay...for the most part. Its worth it though, when you know why you are buying it.

Now i can't buy 4000 rounds anywhere close to where i live lol. I can get you know..100 maybe.

You don't have to have a license, or permit.

My first gun i ever bought was my 12 guage, and all i did was walk in to the store, give the guy working the id of the gun(were you find at gun websites), we looked it up online, and week later i had it.

You do have to sign a form saying i live here and i bought this on this date and the criminal check has already gone through.

So the cops will know you have the gun because you do have to sign a location on where the weapon is. But if you move, and don't report(well your supposed to, but i dont know anyone that does) to the police station, they don't know where you guns are unless they do paper work.

Some people, once they have every gun they need (for me i want 7 in total and i wont ever barter) they then plan something, then report to the cops all your guns have been stolen. Cops come over and check out place and you give the story. Then thats that... look in your local paper, i bet you guns are always coming up stolen. People are trying to find ways to lose the paper work making it harder for the gov.

I hope my guns don't get stolen

Haha that's kind of crazy how you can just walk into a store and buy a gun without any proper training or licencing whatsoever. The criminal record check is a good step though.

I wouldn't really want the government knowing how many guns i had and where they were and everything though, that just sounds sketchy, "loosing" the paper work does sound like the best option but then again, if your house ever got searched for some other reason and they found the guns, couldnt they take them all away?

I have no clue what the gun laws are like in Canada, but i'm assuming they're a lot more strict, a lot less people have guns here.

 

I'm sorry but I have just seen to many people spelling LOSING as loosing lately and it's really bothering me!!!! lol. For some reason the past week or so I see someone spell it like that every dam day.
