thats one thing i miss about living up in the mountains. the water was frigid, year round. no ice needed. mmmm mmm mmmmm.

The water is just as cold in the summer...

 

water here not exactly ice cold in the summer, unless u let it run...

sitting in home, breathing dry winter air dehydrates u.. water good..

 

i try ti avoid certain things. I ground out on an old gas line, I usually tap that after taking off hoodie. when I take off my hoodie. u can hear the static in the overhead speakers.

 

feels like heat wave hear. hi of 52F, not good actually but its like 44F now.. I dont like the wind, it sucks the heat out the house too..

 

The wind has a strange voice, too.

 

I took off my coat for the first time while sitting in the control room at work since christmas.

 

Freezing rain out there. I went over to Dad's to take him to church. I told him that I did not think it was a good idea to go out. Sidewalks are slick and the roads are not much better. Better safe than sorry. I drove home at 20 mph and lower. Good day to stay home.

I went to a chiropractor Friday (and am going back Mon morning). He called himself "old school". He was a rough ass ole man. The table was spaced in (I'm guessing) about 6" segments and when he "adjusted" (mashed) you in that spot, it jarred down.

Does that make sense? I don't think I've been adjusted on that kind of table since I was about 12 years old...old school indeed! Those are antiques I'm being fixed on, and if you are weak hearted you should stay away from an "old school" chiropractor is all I can say!

DANG that adjustment was rough and didn't feel what I'd call good! But kiss my foot if it didn't help a lot. He took an x-ray so he knew what he was working with.

I'm scheduled to work tonight. I've got some kind of stomach thing going on right now too...I know...waaa waaa waaa rite? But I'm totally planning on being (acting) 100% at work.

 

first off....i'm not kissing your foot....I don't do feet....

I managed to get an entire girl to visit me from England on the premise that we don't take our socks off....for anything....


second....what if he was an old school dentist....pulled out the ol plyers and handed you a bottle of whiskey....maybe cut your hair when done

when it comes to doctors...old school is NOT recommended

I may not have run when he pulled out the ol plyers but I'd have taken off (as fast as I could after he knocks me around on that "special" table) when I saw the bottle of whiskey.
