Please forgive the pun, but could any of you gents, (or gals with gents) recommend a topical remedy for the chaffing of the bare, dangly bits on the inner thigh? Asking for a friend. And by friend, I mean my sack. Thank you in advance.
When I get chafed I use Gold Bond medicated powder. To prevent it I use baby powder there, under my boobs and under my armpits
3B cream works well for my 6 year old, in hot weather he gets it there and sometimes where his penis rests on his sack.
My ex then used almonds oil or just a simple hand cream. But I guess this is all in vain if it's hot and you sweat, so all prtoection will get off. I know at least two guys who sometimes use a cock ring to prevent the scrotum from tighs friction by making it more protrude to the front when they do long walks (hiking). Probably the possibilities depend on indivudual physique too. I'm no promoter of powder, as it chokes the pores and hunders skin to "breath" (this is why it's no more recommended in baby care).

might sound counter intuitive but i have found going commando helps as it allows the package to hang as intended.

i haven't worn underwear other than thermals in cold weather since i was a youngster for this reason when i used to were them boxers or briefs i was always sore
Oh, it's not a clothing problem, but the lack thereof. My junk isn't used to regular skin on skin action (and all that that implies), as it's been through lately, hence the chafing against the thigh. Slowly getting used to it, though.
I have (thankfully) never had to experience the discomfort of chafing, maybe because my ‘bits’ don’t really touch? Even flaccid my penis doesn’t rest against my balls.

There's a product called Body Glide that runners use to control chafing (groin, nipples, etc). You can get it at most sporting goods outlets and is applied like an anti-perspirant. I've used it when running after I started experiencing chafing in my groin. It works great.
Drench a tissue in extra virgin olive oil and dab that on thighs and the plaything. KY Jelly also works, but it will need to be reapplied more frequently.
