    use CD burning software.

maybe WMP (windows media player) has a utility for burning music CD's. it did on XP. Good Luck.

I have XP and have to use Windows Media Player instead of the mp3 conversion software-I just talked to a friend last night and she said she just bought a small dvd player that will play EVERYTHING! for under 100 bucks- thats the way to go IMO-

psh, yeah! burn all your mp3's onto a DVD-R and play them. you can fit 4.4Gb on one DVD compared to 700Mb on one CD. what is the difference in price from DVD-R's and CD-R's? like a penny.

i just have my surround sound system hooked up to my computer though. i play everything from it. except when i drive i listen to mp3's on my mp3/CD/radio deck. :)

Hopefully someday soon these companies will quit messin with the burning public and use one or two formats for everything-If they tried-all media and formats could and should be interchangeable.-
