Caramelized, crispy, sweet pig candy

    Lay the smoked bacon in a single layer on a wire rack, coat the tops completely with raw sugar and sprinkle them with cayenne pepper. This candied bacon is baked at 400 for about 10 minutes, or until it's deep red and very caramelized. After you remove it from the oven let it cool completely.
