Does anyone know if there is more psilocybin in the cap or the stem of a mushroom? How does the weight of each genarally compare?

All things being equal, the stem, beacuse of lower per-weight water.

i suppose thats quite possible geck, but they're all so full of water and shrink so much that i'd imagine it would be hard to compare. but then, you've dried out many times the amounts of mushrooms i've dried out, so i'll take your word for it that theres more water in the cap.

but if you're talking about already dried out ready to eat mushrooms, eat them all. there is either a miniscule difference in potency or none at all.

    dry- it don't matter.

but when wet small ones are more potent by wieght than large ones. Again, it a water content issue.
