ok, I've always been able to remember the dreams I have each night, I can still remember alot of them. But for the past year or so I haven't been able to remember a single dream. Which really does suck. I can remember the dream I had last night though, it was about doctor who and the cyber men.

so why is this happening? I want my dreams back!

I had this exact same problem and basically started the same thread... I can give you the same advice that everyone gave to me. Do you smoke weed often?

ah so the answer to this is all to do with weed...but no I don't smoke weed. I know plenty of people that do, but I just don't. I don't like any form of smoke unless it comes from a wood fire.

You can try asking yourself (out loud helps) before you go to sleep to remember your dreams when you wake up, then when you wake up search your brain for a little while in case you might remember something. Just be consistent about it, think about it a lot when you are awake and you should start remembering.

ok, well "don't smoke at night" was the advice given to me and it worked... stress sometimes causes me to not remember dreams well... maybe try some yoga before bed?

Don't like smoking, how about baking some weed? It's worth it I promise you :)

Saying this, I don't remember my dreams very well anymore and I smoke every now n then.

A thing my friend does and he says it helps lots is.. have a notebook next to you with a pen when you go to sleep, then as soon as you wake up right down anything you remember in your sleep. As soon as possible, after a few weeks you can make a lot of progress with your dreams and it's a technique used by many to developing lucid dreams!! (I've been meaning to try it for some time)
