I am an avid hat crocheter, and I think I'm heading for the biggest woolly hat collection in the UK. I have made 4 hats and there are only 2 I want to sell, yet it's hard to part with the cos so much work goes into the making. I made a beanie last night, but I love it too much to sell it, so I think Im going to have to duplicate everything I make, don't you?
well, i don't sell the things I knit or sew, but I can imagine it's hard to part with them. My sister sells her stuff, and she's always complaining about having to give them up lol
I know what you mean. I knit scarfs a lot. I have way to many. Many just stay in my closet sadly. I've been wanting to sell them but it's hard. I think it's the whole you put some much effort into it and you just don't want to sell it to anyone. You want them to appreciate it.

i hear you... it's only because for a while i was so awful at knit and crochet that when i finally made something goodlooking i rejoiced. by the time i made something new it was too 'used' to sell. nynysuts have you used that pattern i gave you?
