i know you guys hate when people get on here and ask stupid questions that google could easily answer, but i've actually been googling my fingers to the bone and have turned up practicaly nothing of any use. in my area all spice blends are disappearing fast and i fear soon i also wont be able to order chems online because of johnny law.i wouldnt mind chancing placing an order on something that turns out to be illegal so much if i wasnt currently already in trouble.im up for trying any of the still legal one's. my problem is i cant find enough information to know witch one's are still infact legal. i would highly, HIGHly appreciate any help in finding out witch one's i can order in Tennessee, thanks so much
also i dont even mind if you want me to find it myself and just point the right direction,i'm not adverse to doing my own research.lol i had even considered calling some branch of gov and asking for a specific list of banned substances, but i'd rather ask you guys, your on my side lol.i hope to place an order tommorow, all i need it to confirm witch one's i can get.if i cant by tommorrow i will jsut have to wait, but i want to do this asap so i can pick a favorite and stock up big time before the law changes
Erowid should give you all the info you need on which substances are illegal. Just remember, simply having the stuff on you with papers, a pipe, or anything like that automatically makes it illegal whether or not the actual substances are legal. They will question you until your ears bleed too. Be careful.
GM is talking about the analog law which makes nearly anything fall into the category of a scheduled substance if it is intended to be consumed. Which is why one might want to avoid storing things in capsules or otherwise easy to consume. http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showwiki.php?title=Analog_Act Most of the cannibinoids are scheduled, or on their way out. I didn't find a state by state list, but a quick peek on the dea site came up with this. http://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/fed_regs/rules/2011/fr0301.htm This is the current list of sched 1 in the CFR's http://www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/21cfr/cfr/1308/1308_11.htm Or, you could just grow some good ole cannabis yourself, not deal with sketch chems and people. It's not hard, just a little time and effort.
once i get them they probably wont leave my house lol,i'm relatively savvy with local laws, jusat not on specific things like this. and the help is greatly appreciated! i couldnt make sense of erowid's vaults,or maybe was in the wrong places idk,but thank you anyway for the suggestion(erowid was where i looked first, love the site).and about the bud,my tolerency makes smoking it pointless, plus i get dt's lol.i'm in trouble is why i need to be 100% sure before i order.like i said thanks again,i'm ganna hit those links right now
i had already found those five being banned, but the date is 2011 is why i was worried,is that the most recent law changes? and i have an idea what the analog act is,but dont know what it means for me. with a jwh(ect) being illegal, will the analog act apply to the rest of the jwh's? i'm not really in the know on the chemistry of these things.
You're doing this whole "probation" thing wrong it's not gonna look good when you're caught ordering synthetic cannabinoids, whether they are legal or not. Don't just look at the laws, look at the legal culture where you live. Tennessee for gods sake. People have been prosecuted in other states for having illegal narcotics when they had grey-area legal chemicals. You are on the highway to bubbas cellmate man, just chill and work on not being in johnny law's spotlight.
oh i wont be the one doing the actual ordering nor will it come to my addres,as i live with nosey inlaws lol, trust me i've taken things like that into consideration
i'd also like to point out being on probation isnt my modivation for doing this(well kinda). i actuall have come to prefer synths cause they still do the job
called the only head shop that carries my blends, and they are temporarily not carrying them untill the new laws pass,so i think i too will wait for the law change
