If you are looking for 2-10 acres, look in Canada!

Right now many people in Saskatchewan, and the eastern provinces are selling for under 10,000$!!!

Check kijiji.ca or mls.ca

I have seen some very nice properties in New Brunswick They have a good climate!

Anyone interested in coming to Canada?!?!

yeah well saskatchewan and new brunswick arent exactly desirable places so of course land is cheap there


btw Canada plates are for federal government vehicles (very few) ..and armed forces vehicles (mostly seen on)

wonder what's wrong with living in new brunswick??i have lived all over canada and in the united states and always kept coming back.good farming soil...crime is down comparedto the rest of the country and neighbors talk to one another.

 

they talk like a mix of newfie and frenchie that is barely even a decipherable language

I don't know where you buy 2 to 10 acres for under 10,000$ in New Brunswick but if you can find such a deal, let me know. Chances are, the cheap property is way out in the middle of nowhere or swamp areas.
I live there and the land is no cheaper than anywhere else.

Do not start rumours here because New Brunswick could end up bigger than the rest of the country and we sure do not want to lose this peaceful environment. lol
I'd probably have to move to Toronto to find peace.

well look at it this way ...no bugs in the wintertime..and yes you can get a few acres for under $10,000....if not i'm a rich man

 

first you will need a vehicle for that 2 acres under 10000 because it is way the fuck out of town....so you need a car....then you gonna rough it in a maritime winter?....live in a tent?.....build a house?....there wont be any usable lumber on cheap land like that.....so throw in 50000 for a good cabin.....minimum....then hydro will want thousands upon thousands to wire you up.....or you can rough it there too.....basically you are in dream land or you are one hell of an outdoorsman

Yeah its either barren rocky wasteland, a swamp, or disturbingly close to a landfill. BTW what good climate are you talking about?
