    Though I feel that love is without condition, (that is, it isn't ours to give or take) I'm not sure that I could say it to just any stranger. What if that person is planning on going into their basement and raping a dog or throwing baby kittens into a bathtub with a plugged in toaster. I wouldn't extend my love to that person.
