Swimming is the best exercise IMO since it seems all muscles are worked. I was a life guard years ago. Also, after dislocating and breaking an elbow only swimming was able to rehabilitate my arm to stretching straight out and bringing it all the way up to my face.
The poll results are really amazing; 100% of all the participants so far can swim! Right when I typed this we got a non-swimmer. The plot thickens!

people i dont like being around people also pools dont tend to have loons and ducks swimming by...i kind of like the company of other animals..just not people
