Propaganda

 

Terrorists, what the big army calls the little army.

 

Unfortunately a lot of "sheeple" believe MSM and Government propaganda. How many people take pictures of landmarks on trips/vacations? Should we call DHS every time someone snaps a picture of the Statue of Liberty?
We live in some crazy times indeed.

 

When I was in Europe in '80 or so during the reign of Carlos the Jackel there were signs all over to "beware of unattended packages!"!

Last year I was in the airport waiting for a connecting flight. A guy was sitting next to me reading the paper. After a while he got and and walked off. He left his suitcase right beside me. Came back after almost ten minutes with a cup of coffee.

I got VERY close to reporting this.

 

Republicans would have us all "be afraid, be very afraid", so we all carry guns. If you're really that paranoid, live in the country. Terrorists only target larges groups.

 

I think ALL politicians want us to be afraid of each other. They want us to perceive anything different from us as a threat. Divide and conquer. Party politics is part of the problem.

I disagree with the scare tactics, but people do need to be more aware of what is happening around them. Wayy too many casualties in this war that many never signed up for.

 

The war on terror? Yeah lots of casualties, just ask anyone in Iraq. I am sure they will agree.

Pick one. There are several going on. Every major city, and many smaller cities all across the U.S.A.

 

We have a lot of fucked up shit happening all over the States right now. One of the fucked up things happening is Big Bro using 911 as a excuse to erode any personal freedoms I THOUGHT I had.
Calling the cops every time someone forgets a backpack somewhere or snaps pictures in public is not going to help curb terrorism.
If you believe the official 911 story, NORAD couldn't stop some fucks with box cutters.
