Can You Re-Blow Your Piece?

I bought a glass hammer style bubbler recently and I want to know if someone could blow another layer of glass of an already completed piece, or even possibly change its form. Is this possible? Has anyone done it? http://www.hipforums.com/images/newsmilies/cheers2.gif

ive never heard of anyone doing this and i think it would be nearly imposible considering its a bub. ask local glass blowers if they could do it, untill then i wouldnt use it

Yes, technicly you can re blow it.... But you would need to heat it in the kiln again first.

I dont think you can add another layer to it though.

If you do add more glass to it, it would need yo be the same kind of glass or you will have have problems.
