In My Humble..... It's missing two words that would help ~ Nothing is that exists, but everything that exists, is. It means that the material (physical) world is primarily composed of nothing (space), so everything that is really isn't, but everything that isn't, really is! i.e. there is something like 3 million times more space betwen the components of an atom than there is of actual detectable 'stuff'. At least for us in this material universe.
