Can You Live In A Commune That Is In Usa Without Having An Green Card

Im from EU and I attend to spend my life living in a commune that is located in Missouri Ozarks.Is this possible without having an green card?

Officially, no. But to be honest, many illegals live here just fine. If you're under the law, not cause any trouble, nobody's gonna be searching for you. Best way to get around this is with personal connections. Perhaps you could join the commune with a visa, and overstay your visa

 

Thank you for your replay. Unfortenitly i dont have any personal connections but i should get a visa with no big problems. What can happen to you if you are found with an expired visa in usa? Do police officers check for visas regullary once you are in the state, lets say if they stop me hitchhiking would they ask for a visa? Or if i get an urge to leave the states is this possible withot an visa?

 

No one's gonna randomly ask for your visa. The only thing that can happen is if you were to get in trouble in the law like any other citizen, you'd be on file as overstaying your visa. You pretty much just get kicked back into your own country, not a huge deal

People live their whole lives here without permission, there's just those few sacrifices and risks you have to know of.

you'll be fine as long as you can stay under the radar. You'll never be able to drive and if you get pulled over riding with someone else they'll probably want to see your ID too so that could be problematic. You may run into problems if you ever need healthcare too but the ER has to treat everyone so you may be ok with that. Just Sta out of trouble and avoid the po po and it shouldn't be a problem.

btw....the customs WILL SEARCH YOUR PHONE....by law you give them the password or you go bye bye......erase everything that is anything.....put only pictures of wholesome activities......wipe down ALL identification as they scan it for traces of cocaine and meth etc

if you used a card to cut a line of coke last month in the washroom of the bar that will show up on their new fancy gas scanners........any drug offences whatsoever in your history?....if so don't even bother

I live in a small community and have many tomes in my life.....word gets around......no way he could hide that well and why would he want to?.....hiding kind of takes away from the free spirited commune lifestyle...

If he lives outside of town limits in a commune in the middle of nowhere I doubt he will come under police radar. Small town cops are a bitch but mountainous regions patrolled by county cops are not heavily patrolled.

 

Except for the Air and Four Wheel Drive pot grower cops. The first place they look is mountain tops and any land around communes. LOL
Ya can try and stay under the radar but can ya stay under the infrared scopes?

But seriously, if you get in and have a visa you can probably overstay it just like everyone else does.
Don't think about leaving and coming back, though.

 

I dont do any drugs I only smoke cannabis. But after hearing about complications of getting or staying in usa I think that I will look for intentional communes in europe. Thanks for all your help.

P.S do any of you know about Tamera commune in Portugal,does any of you have any experiance from that place?

Most of my experiences on the west side are very tolerant of any culture
