I make hats and have a small business, where I sell hats to the local stores in a nearby town. I make many varieties, and often think about the different people who buy them, and their personalities. Do you find you can tell about a person from their hat selection? Which hat would you buy? And why? Beanie style Tam or beret Earflaps Baseball cap or visor style Cowboy Hat Fez or Pillbox Ear muffs Straw Hat Other .......
gangster hat (fedora-ish)...yellowish brown plaid...with hobo heart patches..stolen from hot topic ^_^ what does that say about me lol I can tell a lot about a person by their shoes...
I don't really wear hats, even in winter, but the wooly I do have is all strippedy!! It's pretty. And my friend's friend makes hats too, she's going to try and get one for me, they're like a combination of two hats that are the same style, but different colours and patterns
I like trucker hats (mostly because they are the best for surfing in) and white beanies (too bad I don't have one, wish I did). Tell me what you think I am like. I wonder if you'll be right.
You can totally know a person by their hat. Wasn't it some comedian that said this is apparent when you get two groups of people together wearing different hats? I had this experience once. Two beanies in a crowd of cowboy hats... kinda disturbing.
my husband loves to wear his fedora all the time. he looks handsome. i for one am not a real hat person. i have one somewhere that i wear in winter sometimes so i don't get sick. but i usually wear bandanas. my favorite i own is my light grey one. i've it for about 10 years.
Can you post some pictures of your hats? I don't know... I don't wear hats... Maybe sometimes, but really rare...
Beret... and a fake moustache! Of the Poirot variety, as opposed to, say, Hitler. Although a Stalin one would do as well. I think that might say a lot about me, especially seeing as I am female...
I would love to post them, but I am just so completely computer illiterate, and just barely figured out how to function on Hip Forums. Really don't have digital camera or any camera, but really have thought about wanting to post pictures. I do enjoy other peoples sig pics. I am really not a hat person , but I like to make hats, and when I do find the need (cold) to wear a hat, I usually put on a beanie type hat. I feel too conspicuous and self conscious in anything that goes beyond just keeping my head warm, just a plain and simple hat. ( only if I absolutely have to.)
I love those large, colorful, spiral-patterned "Cat in the Hat" ones often worn by people walking about in amusement parks. I have always wanted to win one of those, but I never got around to doing so. I usually wear bandanas, but I am unsure if they would be considered hats. Baseball caps are unattractive to me, but I somehow have a weakness for men in top hats .
