I know hand sanitizers are not recommended for cleaning fleshlights but the one that I have only says it includes "water, ethanol and isopropyl alcohol". It's a bit thick but it dries very quickly and I don't think it has glycerol which is used to combat skin dryness.

The alternative would be to go buy 99%, pure Isopropyl alcohol from a hardware store far away from me but I really can't be bothered to dish out that extra 10$.

Go get some 70% rubbing alcohol. Or slightly water down the more potent stuff.

I wash all my toys including flashlight with regular soap and hot weather. I then place them in an open plastic bag in which I place into a larger bag or box that has baking soda in it. The baking soda pulls any smells out. Especially good for silicone toys that will hold odors
