Don't do cardio. just lift, and you still have to eat your protein.

there shouldn't theoretically be anything in the way of gaining muscle with coke. the drug will probably give you the right state of mind you'd want in a gym, so you might even get better gains. watch your heartrate and make sure you drink your water, though.

A friend once told me that it's a waste of time to work out while actually high on coke. Not sure what he based that on, but I still believe him. Now working out between high's still makes sense.

And I would think that cardio workouts would be no good while high on coke. Bad for your heart. Weights would be better...but I think my boy was right anyway.

coke shouldn't affect your muscle gains directly, but there are definitely indirect effects that should be taken into account. decreased appetite, decreased sleep / irregular sleep patterns, etc. on the other hand, testosterone levels will be increased.

it all depends. what do you want out of your training? how much coke are we talking about, and how often? are you familiar with the adverse effects of cocaine?
