How does Hinduism relate to Christianity? Are they two separate paths?
How would Hindus see the teachings of Christ and do they think Jesus was the son of Vishnu Brahma or Shiva? Can you embrace both equally?

Mind you..not as the average Christian lives his Christianity, but as Christ himself taught it.

All is Narayana, if you accept something or not- it does not matter, the truth remains the same.

Personally, if I even consider myself a hindu, i would claim that whatever way you worship the lord, He will come to you in that form. Hence, you want the savior to be the son of God, then Narayana will appear to you that way.

Depends what you mean - for christians, the death of Jeus is seen as the one and only way to salvation -

In Hindu devotionalism I don't think there is anything similar to this.

It may be possible to reconcile the two from a Hindu perspective, but much more difficult from an orthodox Christian position. And since Christians generally belive that Jesus is all they need for salvation, why should they really try to incorporate Hindu ideas?

    You nailed it, mr. snake.

Most conservative Christians blanket-ignore all other traditions, no matter how profound and historic they may be.

The life and death of Christ is very easy to reconcile in terms of any Hindu or Vedanta-based tradition.
