Ok make this short... theres a girl Ive known for awhile and we've always been friends. I never really had any feelings for her as far as a relationship, but last night, I had a dream that had her in it and I havent seen her in awhile so it was cool o be able to see her. well we're just walking around in it but all of the sudden, she just walks off and it gave a shitty, deep feeling. and I woke up feeling the same way.

So to get to the point, I think I love her [IMG] But all because of a dream? I think it might have just opened the way I thought about her...or something. I dunno, the whole thing is really hard to explain and I never felt the way I do now. Its strange. Any opinions, thoughts, ideas? I could really use some advice on what I should do.

well dreams are a way of your sub-conscious telling you things you may not personally realize.. i once had a dream with me and my current girlfriend where we were sitting in a park talking, and i had suddenly realized so much about her... her beauty and brains and her body. well to make a long dream short, a masked man walked up and pointed a gun at us, and i instinctively stepped in front of her and i was shot... and unlike all other dreams where u wake up b4 the bad part (at least for me anyways) i actually felt the pain, and fell forward and my vision went blurry... i had awoken after that as if i actually died... i felt the pain in my chest still, (a burning sensation, likely not as bad as it would be had it been real) and i had tears streaming down my face... the last thing i remember from my dream was worrying about my girls safety... that dream had stuck with me for days, being the only thing i could think of....

what i did was tell my girl my dream, told her how i felt about her, and that i loved her.

my advice, think deeply about what had happened in the dream, every little part no matter how insignificant it may seem, theres always truth in fiction

Thats the same way I felt when I woke up. Not trying to sound corny but I guess heartbroken is the word to describe it.

I just dont know how to explain this to her because I havent seen her in a long tie but I talk to her occasionally. What makes it so weird is that I havent really thought about her until that dream. And if I try to explain it to her, it may make me seem a little weird since its been awhile and I come up to her with a dream I had about her all the sudden. Shit, I dont know what to do, but if I tell her its going to make me feel a lot better about it.

dude, does she live near you? because if she does this is something you should speak with her personally about, dont just say "hi" and start blurting out your dream.. LOL hang out for a while, then kinda mention that you have something important to say.. and then take it from there... dont hide your feelings... and if you have the dream again then your sub-consious might be trying to tell you something you didn't truly realize, i understand your young but if you feel so strongly that it was love you felt, then tell her

Hmm. That's interesting. I have romantic dreams about a friend of mine. I never thought I had feelings for her (even though I cared about her alot) until I started having these dreams. They were very loving, but not usually sexual. Just little scenes of us hugging or cuddling or maybe kissing or just talking. It was after I had the dreams that I started thinking I was in love with her. These dreams were the best I've ever had.
I still have them once in awhile, and I still enjoy them. But am I in love with my friend?

I have no idea, and there's no reason to encourage these feelings further since she's not gay or bisexual and has no interest in me in that way (to my knowledge) and I'd rather be single right now anyway.

I don't know if dreams can make you love someone, but like someone else said they can subconsciously be trying to tell you something.

^^^exactly =) ur brain knows things that u dont... strange thought, dont let your brain know, that you know LOL but theres many things about the human brains that puzzles even the smartest of scientists... ever had deja-vu?

i had one where i was watching my dad water a plant hanging from a ceiling, i didn't know where i was or in who's house... a few weeks later i moved back from living with my mom in ohio to my dads new place in the chicagoland area, and hours later i had watched him water the same plant in the same room... it didn't hit me that i was in the house in my dream untill he had done that...

i've had quite a few... my sister greengoddess23 or sumthing like that LOL has the same thing... were both clairvoyant... i've had a feelings b4 that something wasn't right, or that something bad would happen... and only once did i not listen to my "feelings" and i ended up mugged and jumped my 6 gangbangers over a bike in broad daylight in a park.. since then i listen to my "feelings"... i call them "feelings" just because i dont know how to further explain what i feel... like something in the back of my head telling me to leave... it's like how everybody has the flight of fight instinct..
to either stay and fight ... or run...
i think mine just works a lil more in advance than others... i've actually avoided roadblocks because i told my friend not to go to his house the way we always go and take side roads... we went right around the roadblock... i've had other experiences like that but that one was one that im most impressed with
