Can computers be given drugs?

Is there some type of code that could behave as a drug when run on computer hardware. do you know where I'm going?

i'm quite sure several computers have been given drugs. if you know how to pop them open, they would make a nice hiding place.

What would be a computer drug? Would it be possible to write microcode to directly modify how CPU instructions are executed thus causing a drug like effect where cpu instructions possibly become modified on a conditional basis?
