everyone else had gone on a hike. i was there all day... i was kinda bored by the time i took this picture...

that tree was pretty cool looking. a lot of the trees were burnt. there had been a fire a few years back.

It's all for a good thing. The torrential rains in California start the mudslides that put out the fires caused by the earthquakes.
