Old age goes on... But I'm pretty proud of my work out. I want to know if any of you have tried it: it is for all I care a half-burpee. Then I do a push up. Rinse, do it over. Can you picture it?
If you further injured yourself perhaps it is not such a good thing. I hope your elbow feels better soon.
