Came up with a work out for my knee tendinitis and got caught up by elbow tendinitis

    Old age goes on...

    But I'm pretty proud of my work out. I want to know if any of you have tried it: it is for all I care a half-burpee. Those of you who work out will likely know what burpees are (see below).

    So...what I do is, I hold the push up stance with my arms straight and I kick my knees in past my arms and then back to the start position. Then I do a push up. Rinse, do it over.

    Can you picture it?

    If you further injured yourself perhaps it is not such a good thing. ;)
