There is currently a petiton for a bill concerning the legalization of cannabis throughout Colordado. I believe the restrictions it sites are a required agoe of 21, and that possession can be less than one ounce. I'm not sure if this covers cannabis paraphanelia, but it is worthy of investigation and possible addition. So, if you can, sign it to get it on the November 2006 ballad. I'll be doing my part to make sure that the unnecessary persecution comes to an end.
