anyone headed up teh oregun coast can hop the bridge over the Columbia river and end up on this peninsula and camp out free a couple nites on the front of my sandbox. There is a real cool ocean campground down the oregun coast called Oswald west but it is reservations.....I think...

we're in the process of writing chapter one on bringing things back to life here..........wht I'd like to do is develop 4-5 campsites by next summer for epople who wanna stay for a few weeks or so and make it a retreat from the cares of the world, a place to recharge from synthetic chemical addiction and a place to get back into stuff like drawing, sculpting(have a kiln), painting, music writing/playing, story telling(a lost art), set up the horseshoe pits, keep an open mind to campfires, sitting around lookin at the stars and shooting the bull till the morning hours. Maybe tipping a few brews and debating the finer points of life, maybe throw some oysters on the firepit, I dunno, maybe just a pipe dream.

I'm curious why I didn't get any replies to my offer in the personal forum to come rough it in a cabin at the beach with so many wanderers on hipforums, maybe next year. It ain't quite as rough as the pic below, but it's getting there.

It's easy, There's a site that'l give you the departure and arrival dates of freight trains, and if your internet savvy you can find out excctly what their carrying, so if your looking for company, just let me know, I'll hop a freight and pick you up. It's weird they're reliable and the conducter dudes are pretty easy to get along with. just givee them energy drinks and sweets!
