Is anyone here familiar with this coffee? I think it has just become my favorite everyday coffee. I like strong coffee, and this is actually a Cuban espresso. I bought the K-cups at Target, where it was only $9.99 for 18 cartridges. To be honest, I wasn't expecting it to be very good because it is on the cheap side. It turns out to be one of the best coffees I've had, at least in K-cup form. The coffee is strong, but without the lingering bitter acidity of so many dark roast coffees. I used two cartridges to make my Bulletproof coffee this morning, which came out better than ever, then had another cup straight up black. Needless to say, I've got a pretty good caffeine buzz going at the moment.

Dark roast coffee has less caffeine than lighter roasts...

"Even though a bean’s caffeine content changes little during roasting, a bean’s caffeine per volume and per weight is altered considerably—not because the caffeine changes but because the size and the weight of the beans change. The longer a bean is held in the roaster, the darker in color, lighter in weight, and larger in size it becomes."
