Its amazing the amount of legal psychedelics available, isn't it....and I need some help with them. I'm a Wiccan and have had difficulty getting in touch with the Goddess (she'll occasionally sneak up on me and surprise me, but no two-way conversations, sadly) my mentor thinks it's b/c I can't leave the mundane behind. So all that said... among the legally available psychedelics available, which way do I turn? OK, keep in mind this is coming from a Salvia hardhead, tried it... it did nothing for me. :cuss: Hence, the Cacti interest me. So among this clearly experienced group, what do you recommend? And assume you're talking to an idiot :huh: So I'll need specific instructions on preparation and dosage, babysitters, etc....
Well sorry. the cacti is a male power (mescalito). father sky medicine. but how interesting your religion. For goddess worship you need salvia or sativa. You could try the hawaiian baby woodrose seeds. just soak em in some liquid for 30 min and strain. but not to take away the fun of using a power plant of intrest. I would go old school. use a 1ft cutting of san pedro. cut the skins off and blend. boil in a pot and simmer to a juice and strain. let cool and drink. its bitter but if your heart is pure will cross the bridge with out its bitterness. check out my tek at the top of the page.
Hmnn.... Good advice!!! That said, then--is San Pedro fresh available on the east coast? And allowing for the fact that this is a Cacti forum, should i give Salvia another chance? And btw, I don't worship the Goddess to the exclusion of the God. They are BOTH factors in my religion. Some do (solely worship the Goddess), but I don't. I celebrate them both. But thanks again for the advice, I'll look around here locally for fresh San Pedro.

I cant say much more on salvia. my research is leading me to salvia tincture. Im on an evaporating stage. the soak is to diluted so i need to simmer the potion tincture down to a syrup. All i could get off the diluted tincture was a phat head buzz. I love visions though. I got more off chewing it. And smoking it is fun but too short. It would be good to smoke during a peak session. will see so many experiments await.
Dearest Tigerbunny~ don't listen to this *ancient powers* dude, I've been eating Peyote for about 13 years and am a member of the NAC, and he's full of horse-shit when he says that it's "father sky medicine" he doesn't know what he's talking about. Cactus grows from the ground and is considered *Earth Mother* medicine and is originally a Medicine Way of Women, sacrificed over to the Men in order to help them get closer to "Father Sky".... but actually it's all beyond that really. The Fireplace that I belong to and have eaten a lot of Holy Sacrament around is a Fireplace that originated from a Cheyenne Medicine Woman name Dog-Woman. This fireplace is about 100 years old in tradition. So there's your "real old school"... sheeesh. But here's the thing, tho you want to partake of a Holy Sacrament, the Sacrament you part partake in is related to the Divine Energy that you want to tune into. European Concept from my experience don't work with New World Sacraments. Thus the Wiccan rituals are not compatible with the Peyote. Peyote Ritual is compatible with Peyote, and a Wiccan can support that. Go with the flow of the catalyst that you are working with. If you are coming from ritual of a European Original, honor that Psychedelic ... From what little I know of European Psychedelics, isn't it the Amanita? I dunno, definitely fungi tho!

What I know about psychedelics could be put on the head of a pin. Me and another pagan buddy tried to smoke plain old Salvia the other night and felt zilch. This weekend we're probably going to try 5x or 10x. But this is is my dilemma, in a rather large nutshell.... Having been indoctrinated for 40+ years in the school of "... it's a bunch of tree-hugging hippie crap" I'm starting to realize there is a world beyond that which we're taught in Sunday school and science. But so many years of that so-called indoctrination has crippled my ability to reach past the mundane. In other words--I need a little chemical help. Breaking down to my most basic spirituality right now would be a better vacation than any I've ever spent at the beach. I need(bordering on am desperate) to expand beyond this mortal shell and experience another dimension. So I'm open to the well-intentioned input any of you might suggest! :jester:
