Is it safe to do from a state that's had it outlawed? I'm just wondering because I've never heard of someone getting busted for having it sent through the mail. And if so, what are the methods in which the shit is delivered by mail, and what kinds of customs and checking do they do?
Most the reputable sites I've seen it on have a disclaimer saying they won't ship to states in which it's outlawed. I'd be wary of the legitimacy of a vendor who sold to states it's scheduled in but if they were legit, most likely the vendor would get in trouble before the customer.
As eggsprog said, ship it out then in. The only issue is places online make you buy Salvia in huge bulk orders and / or the prices of their Salvia is rediculious and it's cheaper to just go to your local smoke shop and pick up some Salvia for yourself.
OK, because I've been looking it up and people have been talking about the risk factors of it. I guess what I'm really trying to find out here is; what are the chances of the police getting their half-asses involved because some people on Yahoo answers say that if you do order from an outlawed state, they'll ship it straight to the state police and they come to your house. Others are saying you'll get a message in the mail saying "your package is being withheld at the post office." I don't know whether or not these people are law-abiding citizens or not, to the point of where they're fear encompasses their brain power. Or they could be right, I don't know. But I have a feeling none of them know from PERSONAL experience and that's really what I'm looking for here. People order bongs and marijuana seeds online all the time with the risk of getting caught - but what are the risks of buying Salvia online? I want to be 100% sure that the government WILL NOT get their hands on this before I order it, and I am smart enough to buy it from a shop that is located in the US, btw. Also, in response to Duplex, I don't mind at all making a huge order, so long as I recieve it. I was planning on making an order well over 100$ and getting two different extracts.
