Buying a new car...

Can't decide... Supra or Integra Type-R?

i know nothing about cars but my buddy says you should go for the supra if you can afford it

 

Integra. I would go with a lambourghini though if I was you.

but most people dont think like me so get the supra, and wow some people. ull be driving really fast and then these guys will be like wow that dude in the supra is cool.

 

just get a horse. the price of oats isnt going up nearly as fast as the price of petroleum.

Why not get a slow luxury car, so you wont get in trouble or get pulled over?

 

Isn't that kind-of stupid, too? Getting a car you won't enjoy as much just because you're a stoner?
My husband has a '91 Mustang. It does 150 like nothing. If we have weed, I'm the one carrying it (in my purse) and nobody's ever smoked weed in that car. How likely is it that if we get pulled over and they don't smell it, they're gonna search us for it? And if they search the car and don't find anything, they aren't very likely to search our pockets or my purse. We got pulled over for speeding (with BC plates, in the middle of fucking Iowa, coming to Florida) and the cop (highway patrol) asked if we had anything, we said "no", he asked if he brought out a K-9, if they'd find anything, we said "nope", and then we agreed to let him search the car... never did. He just wanted to know why it smelled so strong like air freshener and we said "We never smoke cigarettes in the car, but we are since we're travelling so far." (which was the truth)

Your car isn't going to make the cops want to search you any more than any other reason. If they smell it, they'll probably search you. If you love your car enough, it's easy to not smoke in it... nobody that loves their car wants burns in their seats or carpet or anything, anyway.. accidents happen no matter how careful you are.

 

Hahahaha Who's to say he you won't get pulled over in a slow luxury car? Which I might add are far from being slow...

I'm thinking drug dealers, flashiness, etc. etc. Unless you're an old man or a woman, those cars are cop magnets.

toke is a cop magnet, or a cop intentionally giving people bad ideas such as this one. when i had a luxury automobile i was getting hassled left and right. even if you're doing nothing wrong it's so not worth the trouble. they only attract dirty gold digging skanks who have nothing intelligent to say and cops. I could seriously do without both.

 

i say get whatever gets you from point a to point the safest and most efficently

 

what kind of supra? MKIV?

they are a little different in price range, for 30,000$ you will either get a non-turbo good condition supra, or a turbod, rat bagged, ready to blow up supra

for under 20k u can get a nice integra Type R, as well you guys in the states have Black ones which are nice

although imo the integra type R is a fairly over rated car, as the motor in it is the same motor i used to have in my old car which was highly disapointing..

If i was in the position to spend 20-30g's i'd probably go with a Sedan rather than somthing sporty

 

Well the ITR and The Supra are both fairly rareish cars. And both are highly appraised by the import car culture so odds are they are gonna cost you more than what the car should be worth. I would look elsewhere for something nicer, a little more common, most likely just as fast if not faster if you wanna drop an equal amount of money.

 

if i had the cash to spend i'd probably get an element. those things are great, but i have a feeling you and i are looking for different qualities in an automobile. IMO Supras are over priced lemons. But if you're looking for something that will go fast for a little while then constantly need work done on it, especially one that only runs 30k. Integra R is the better of the two if you're thinking in terms of keeping it for awhile and getting back a better percentage when you decide to sell it, but a Supra is fuckin fast. I'd go with the Supra only if I was dying of cancer or something.

 

Supra between the two. However I chose a mitsu. Lancer evo.

 

i don't know much about cars, but when i play racing games i use the supra quite frequently

 

i wouldn't pick either
but i think the supra is pretty nice
